Not made for storing anything that you need to back up. Parking spots hard to get to. My gate code only worked to open the front gate. When pull anything behind you need to be able to get out the side gate. The one on main road being the only I could use made it dangerous to coming and going. Dealt with issues since cross the street from my house but anything over a 100 bucks with those issue is crazy.

First day of check in, I waited outside for almost an hour in 100+ degree weather trying to gain access to the unit (Office is within the gate and not accessible without access code, which is strange and very inconvenient). I called the office, flailed and shouted out outside the office, trying to get someones attention to let me in, to no avail. the only reason I gained access is because there was an employee that just happened to be coming in as I was standing at the gate. Also, the units are not climate controlled, which I did not realize until some time after I had already moved all my stuff in. i suspect some of my things might have been damaged due to the heat in these units. No lightbulb or light source within these units either, which is unbelievable for a sizeable unit such as mine. Also did not like the significant rate hike.

It was a bit of a rocky start but was compensated by the stAff5. Both friendly and personable. Everything got straightened out and situated.Wish there were buggies for the regular storage areas though.

Kept getting emails saying I had not payed but I had payed 3 months in advance.

My use was 3-month storage of a trailer on a pavement slot. Satisfied my needs perfectly.I didn't give a 10 because the narrow alleys made access difficult.
