Would have been a 10 but I did not get a notification about a window for the POD delivery to Sun City West. That made me worry that I wasn't getting the delivery on the day I expected it. I tried looking at my account on your website but all it said was the date, no time window for delivery. Then I tried chatting but that was a useless robot. I tried calling too but couldn't get through. Finally, the day of the expected delivery I was able to get someone on the phone who gave me a time window.
