In the 7 years at your facility, the rent went from $250 to $450. That’s ridiculous! I had a second storage with Right space storage and they remained affordable. So, I move to Right space storage again.

I had no issues for over a year of renting a storage from you guys. I let the front office know I was emptying out the storage & asked what the process is as far as expecting the unit. He let me know to just leave it open & he’ll expect it later on. But then he lets me know they had just processed my auto payment of $122/monthly on 1/4 & they don’t prorate. Meaning they’ll keep my whole monthly rate despite me using it for those 6days. He was extremely nice about it. Let me know he’d email corporate to see if there is anything they can do about it since it’s above him. So I appreciate his kindness but that’s a complete scam. If I knew that I definitely would have moved out prior to the 4th. I’ve never been late with a payment, never caused any issues so for them to work like that is a complete scam.

Convenient location, easy rental process.

Easy to get into storage facility and access my unit. On site Mgr. was always pleasant and easy to talk to. We would rent here again as the need arises.

Office staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Storage room was great.

I would only recommend if for a very short term storage, we have five storage places in Phoenix area for business and personal and not one increased at the ridiculous rates this location has done to us over time, we even switched one unit to another from my name to my wifes name to get a lower rate. Nothing like loyalty or no desire for long term business? We were there about a decade and moved our stuff over to another companies storage.
