I would only recommend if for a very short term storage, we have five storage places in Phoenix area for business and personal and not one increased at the ridiculous rates this location has done to us over time, we even switched one unit to another from my name to my wifes name to get a lower rate. Nothing like loyalty or no desire for long term business? We were there about a decade and moved our stuff over to another companies storage.

Easy access to the building and secure elevators to take you only to your floor, where your storage is. Air conditioned, and lights go on as you walk down the hallway for safety. Dollies were always available for moving items to her from your unit. Staff is friendly and helpful.
