Very, very friendly and helpful on-site staff!!!

I didn’t have any problems while I was using the storage. The storage unit was always kept cool. The storage area is clean and well-managed. Good experience overall.

The unit is ok and customer service too BUT they increased the rent from $70/month to $140/month in 3 years, that is 100% increase. Some of my things were damaged because of water so $140/month is way too much for this type of unit.

The main reason I am posting such a low score is that my unit was broken into and valuables left by my deceased father left me was stolen. The local police tried to get video from the office but none of the cameras were working, and there was only one camera at the time. Those items cannot be replaced, and the management team showed no signs of concern or empathy. It was like they were guilty. On top of that my rent increased. I have never been so outraged at a company on how I was treated.

Very happy with the facility. I spoke with Tyler several times as I moved out of the larger unit to a smaller one and he was very professional and helpful.
