When moving out, I discussed the with an associate and the GM if I could not pay rent since I would move out with it the grace period of rent being due. Both confirmed I would not have to pay as long as I was out by 3:30 pm on my move out day. I was out by 10 AM. The GM called me after I moved out to tell me I moved out earlier than she wrote down and now I owe a prorated amount. I reminded her that both she and the associate told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything, she said that never happened and threatened to send my bill to collections if I didn’t pay in person that day. I wasn’t able to go, so I had to send my pregnant wife to pay in my place. I don’t blame this on cubesmart as a whole but only the GM of the old peachtree location in Suwanee GA.

No Issues. A security person did a walk-through on a weekend and welcomed me by name.It was our first meeting, but she knew who I was. ...Impressive..

Staff was helpful when I first needed the unit (offered suggestions on size) and streamlined the process. The close out was also easy - just an email, and they took care of everything within the day (when they said they would).

Easy move in and move out process. Friendly staff. Easy to make payments online.

It was a pleasure storing with CubeSmart over the past few years. The increase after just 3 months was unexpected. Six months increases were do-able, but 3 months was a deal breaker for me.
