Good paying customers like me and my husband should not be forced to move to another company because of your continuous increases of cost. You do nothing to justify raising the price to over $400 for a unit that started out at $259. Nothing changed in your services or in the building! I will never recommend your facilities to anyone!

Location was good, facilities were acceptable but you raised the monthly charge 6 times in 3 years…. From $174/mo to $406/mo for the same unit. That is robbery

I didn’t have any problems while I was using the storage. The storage unit was always kept cool. The storage area is clean and well-managed. Good experience overall.

The unit is ok and customer service too BUT they increased the rent from $70/month to $140/month in 3 years, that is 100% increase. Some of my things were damaged because of water so $140/month is way too much for this type of unit.
