The facility is nice, but the constant rent increases are far in excess of the rate of inflation as reported by the U.S. government.

Great Customer service

fee increases each year. first time I paid $30. after 2 years it becomes $82.00last year was $71. the increase is a lot ! even when you rent a home, the increase is not that much !

Excellent staff, especially the property manager. Very helpful in determining the best setup and space for the intended use case. Very friendly and courteous.

My only issue is, on previous occasion when I rented a unit, you were not crystal clear that you would push the rent up substantially after 6 months...

The rate increases outstrip the cost of renting a new unit by a factor of nearly 4x. The only reason I can think of is that you take advantage of those you feel won't move. Well, I moved. I won't come back. I will make sure that everyone knows how you treat long term customers.

Great communication and great security

We used CubeSmart for multiple years and they have always been great to work with. The property is in a great location and easy to get to. The premises is kept clean and there is always someone on property during the open hours they post. We would highly recommend using them for your storage needs.
