We had 2 water leaks in this unit since we moved in. The first time we were able to move everything out of the way while the 'fixed it'. I went to get something out recently and realized that it was leaking again in the same place. We had to quickly move everything out and find somewhere else to store it before it got damaged. We had just recently paid for the next month and are asking for a refund for the unused time and inconvenience.

The first storage unit that I rented from CubeSmart was bigger, but when I downsized, there was evidence of termite damage in the walls of the unit near wood furniture I was storing. The new unit has been fine, but I don't think people that store their belongings in one of your units should have to worry about termites or damage by any other pests.

The girl you have running the front desk is really good. She needs a raise.

Your rates went up extremely fast and a giant jump. In the few years I was there you raised my rent 100%.
