Prices. When I first got my unit I was paying $121/ month but the price has since gone up increasingly all the way to almost $400/ month. That is insane and wrong. Staff is great but the price is sickening and I couldn’t afford to continue to throw that money away.

Great staff and service

They allow homeless people to live in the hallways which makes it very scary and unsafe. They say the exterminate regularly yet they don't. Our stuff got infested with mice and bugs.

Getting into the unit was quick and easy, it is very spacious, and the surroundings and inside are kept very clean! I will definitely be using CubeSmart from here on out!

Absolutely no issues with the level of service that I received over the years. Always friendly, always courteous and always kind. Very, very professional at all times.

There were no problems during storage like break-ins or environmental damage, It was easy to drop in and pay the bill and the staff were very friendly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've always notified me whenever my unit becomes unsecured, whether it's my fault or a third party. They put a solution in place so I can deal with it at my convenience.

Office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Ray( I lost his card, but I think that is his name) was extremely helpful, driving me to see the unit and then over to the original unit to check our a chair that I was concerned would not easily fit. The office staff worked together to help with a computer glitch and through it all it was a happy experience.The reason I moved was that I no longer had as much "stuff" and needed a smaller unit.
