Great service and the attention and care from the local staff was amazing.My only strong suggestion is to add more carts to the property because they only have 3 and we had to wait 20 minutes to be able to move our packages in.

From reserving to final contract went smoothly mainly due to professionalism of location staff. Unit was as described and clean on move in . The only improvement I would ask is that if renting for someone else like a college student if both parties the student and the parent could ask proper question's about the rental agreement and not just who the student which the contract is made out to.

Nice and clean brand new building. Good price on the rental units. Friendly staff, but that location has almost no carts to wheel your storage items in and out. Even when I was there by myself I could only find two for the whole building. So imagine coming on a Saturday, and having to hand carry your stuff piece by piece to level three. It was time consuming, stressful, and exhausting.

Very accomodating...I love the smart rental feature..where you can do everything online. It was an extremely quick and easy process. Staff was very helpful and available to any questions we had. Very nice and clean facility.

Great personnel, clean facility, but your RV storage price is way too high. In pricing similar facilities in others areas of Florida which are typically higher in everything, your price is almost twice what is charged in other facilities that are enclosed, covered, and offer 30/50 amp electrical outlets. You’ve made no electrical accommodations for RV requirements and needs.
