We had a terrible experience in this storage. We found a dead mouse inside my belongings which caused damage to my television and its power cord. I reported this incident to the store manager, and she asked me to provide some pictures for prove. Unfortunately, we only had one photo because this incident happened to my daughter while she was driving and she smiled a very bad odor and when she reached her final destination and open the trunk, she discovered the dead mouse inside the TV storage bag. The store GM denied my claim. I had a very bad experience with this Facility.

The rental price is less than others I have researched. The location is convenient to my home. The customer service has been great so far. I like the size of the unit for the price, and the app seems great so far.
