Consistently good on local level. Nice of your to have good employee retention rates, so that throughout my tenure using your service, I mostly dealt with the same two people.

The staff were excellent. Customer service was a 10/10.

The price increase every year. The last increase two increase was 30.00 a month. I can only come to the conclusion that the motive was just pure greed. The free month was not free. I paid for mine and others. Corporate decisions do affect the customer and not always for the better.
