Great overall service from the staff during move in and move out. Would highly recommend this location.

Rates constantly increasing, elevator frequently out of service, do not honor discounts they have for existing customers who have had rates nearly triple. Better alternatives nearby with the same amenities ad significantly better rates.

The main things I did not like about my experience were:1) Limited access hours. If I am paying for storage, I don't understand why I shouldn't be able to access my unit 24/7?2) Constantly increasing monthly fee. I had a cube smart unit for 6 years now, and in that time I incurred 6 or 7 increases in my monthly fee. Long-standing customers should be grandfathered into their rates. $400/mo for a 10x10 unit is insane.
