The General Manager walked us through all of our options and was very detailed on the services.

Was easy to book and cancel when we moved out of our unit. Facility was clean and conveniently accessible

The storage units are clean, easy access to bathrooms,, staff is knowledgeable and very funny

The Store Manager Dyasia gave false information regarding a unit upgrade that we specifically asked for regarding our previous unit& we were told incorrect information for Pricing when we wanted a simple upgrade on size to update size at same price as we provided to her. We were also THREATENED To be Removed & Terminated from Unit regarding very little debris left in front of unit with we were not provided a broom or anything to fully clean area that was barely noticeable. I felt it was rude the way the information was delivered to me & Highly Unprofessional, & I do feel it was based off colorism.
