When I started renting 4 spaces at approximately $125 per 10X10 units, Cube Smart came in and double my rent then aggressively increasing it to around $450 per month. Ridiculous. They would never negotiate or budge on the increases. Disappointing at best. 👎🏽

You are predatory pricers. You know this though and it’s a part of your business model. You raised prices >250% during the duration of my rental period. It must be a great business model though as you obviously get away with it considering your national footprint. Effectively you egregiously exercise trapped leverage and raise rates every 90 days - definitely unethical but legal. Good luck trying to survive a real recession with this behavior and business model.

I was in a real bind and needed space that moment and was hooked up with a spot and moved right in. You saved me that day!! The facility is brand new and nicely organized. Way better than some competition I've seen. Thanks again!!
