Your people were very friendly. I needed a lot cut off. They cut them off with no charge.

Both Dan and Desi were extremely helpful in assisting me to choose a storage unit to meet my needs. Both are professional and courteous; and the facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the storage unit is easily accessible and well-lit.

Ease of account set up. Customer service was excellent. Ease of facility use.

You changed the rest a few months into the lease not ok

very happy with the service and their customer service

Price increase shortly after establishing rental. Feels like a little bait and switch.

Severely limited loading/unloading area which is all outdoors and no room for rental moving trucks.

The customer service I received from Desi and Dan was excellent, and the whole process was seamless. The facility is very clean as it's almost new. Having the CubeSmart app is also really useful.

Good

Provided me a quick and easy solution to store 2/3rds of our household while we made move from Tampa to the Orlando area in stages. Setup and check-out was a breeze. Thanks.
