Severely limited loading/unloading area which is all outdoors and no room for rental moving trucks.

The customer service I received from Desi and Dan was excellent, and the whole process was seamless. The facility is very clean as it's almost new. Having the CubeSmart app is also really useful.

Because renters MUST agree to arbitration should an unfortunate incident arise. When one has a vehicle full of belongings, there's really no option to seek another facility at the moment. The minimum cost of arbitration $2500. It is not affordable, and rather disadvantageous to Cubesmart's customers.

It is a very professional feeling when you speak to the employees
