The place kicked me out due to 3 spaces out of 10. As far as I know, each space is its own account, thus, the others were fine, but I still was kicked out as a whole. I tried to get into contact with district manager and left him a message. There was zero call back. Being a business owner, if things are escalated to a manager or higher, a high priority should take place, yet, it seems the district manager did not regard my 10 accounts and over 10 years of stay as a valid reason to reach back out. Proper training should be done to this.

No lights on the halls or inside the units. Always dark. Price too high for the quality of the facility. Surrendered the unit, and cleaned it, a full week before renewing, but no refund.

The unit we rented served our purpose but there was no lighting in the unit and minimal lighting in the hallways. No one told us this when we rented and after we moved in it was too late. There was a plug 75 feet down the hallway, so I had to bring an extention cord and lighting each time in order to see anything in the unit. To me that was a significant shortcoming of the property. Other than that the unit was fine.

The staff at the facility was very customer oriented, professional and willing to help. I do not give it a 10 just because the lighting inside the unit is not good.
