The facility is always clean the staff is amazing! Great people work there. If I need storage again, I will be back. Highly recommend !!!

Mostly due to price--especially the annual and sometimes twice a year rate hikes for those of us tho rent long-term. Long-term renting loyalty should be rewarded, not punished.The staff are great, especially Courtney (the manager at my location), and the facility is extremely well maintained.

I left a 6 rating because of the excessive and frequent rate increases. Everything else was fine but the rate increases with a 30 day notice was something I cannot fit in my budget.

It is very clean storage place. The staff is very welcoming and quite knowledgeable about the units they sell. In doing so, they create a vibe that makes it feel safe and like being with family.

It was very convenient, very clean, easily accessible, well maintained. I don’t love how the price increased rapidly. I started out at $65/month and ended almost $300/month. The increases were alarming and upsetting.
