It's in a great location with convenient parking, it's easy to navigate through and it's clean and bright. The manager Paula was attentive and helpful, walking me through the facility until I was totally comfortable on my own. As a senior I really needed and appreciated that.

Price is terrible, went up the street for 80% savings same size unit, intro was $9.50 and $38 a month vs $249 and climbing without cause, the people that used to work there were friendly and reasonable, and were able to lower the price once, but the current rates do not match similar market valve at other places and they are no help except make excuses for corporate rates.

Awesome staff who are always helpful and responsive to comments. So happy that it looks like the manager got an employee to help keep the dock tidy.
