There is a bug graveyard in one stairwell that either smells like dead animals or the perfume section of Macy's and the bathroom has probably never been cleaned since the facility opened. All of this would be fine if I paid the monthly fee similar to what I paid when I signed up, but my rates increased exponentially every year. Since I had a discounted rate the first year, I would have understood the first to the second having a big jump, but the drastic annual increases after that was exorbitant given next to near services being provided, obviously it's a hustle because my stuff was there and I couldn't get it out until now.

Excellent t storage and service

Management was responsive and polite. I was happy with the introductory price, though it started to get out of hand later on. I wish the facility had a second loading dock on the other side so I didn't have to cart my items as far, other facilities I've used in the past would have multiple, so you could choose the loading dock closest to your unit.
