You guys upped the price by 20$ a month after only 6 month. You have homeless people in your units trashing the place and stealing people’s things. Your hours to go in are terrible. The fact that you think I will pay $73 month for a tiny unit is absurd. I will be going out of my way to tell people to go anywhere else.

The location in Taunton MA that I used felt unsafe and access hours were being refuced. The location was convenient and the employees I worked with in the office were great and very helpful. Unfortunately I did not feel comfortable accessing the facility nor with the security of my items in the unit.

I rented your unit on November 4th and 2 weeks later I get a letter from you, the company stating that the hours had to change due to safety and that the city of Taunton Mass was ordering your company to change their hours due to safety issues around your company. The hours are no longer convenient because I work the same hours that you are open which are your office hours and you're closed on Tuesdays and Sundays which leaves me only to be there on Saturday which is inconvenient at this point.I also was very shocked to see how a new building that's not that old is in such poor shape already. The property is dirty both inside and out and the property smells. And to tell you I was very disappointed to see mice droppings in front of my unit and at the beginning of my unit. Now I was renting somewhere else and I am so happy they allow me to stay because I did not experience any mice droppings there did not smell and I was safer there. When I went into your office to state that it was unfair to pay for an administration fee or any fees being that you're going to be changing your terms, which most likely you knew he States you didn't, but I find it hard that the city was not after you for this already and you allowed me to rent on false information. The hours that were on your website was what I went by and was happy to rent and then 2 weeks later you pull the rug on me. Very very upset that I am not being refunded what I paid because to me that's false advertisement. Don't tell me you did not know the safety issues around your establishment. When I went in to talk to the person all he could tell me was that cube rents from the owner that owns the property that has nothing to do with them. They have to take care of it. But like I told him man there, your name is on the sign. No one knows whether or not you own the land. All I see is that CubeSmart is on the sign and to me that represents your company that sign. So would I ever run from you again never I don't care if you gave it to me for free. I would never go back to you. As I mentioned to the to the man inside the company should do the right thing and refund me my money.

I have major sympathy for anyone who’s going through tough times,but to have homeless people living in this facility is very unhygienic & im sure the BOA would not be happy.- The elevators smell of urine.-There is a exposed electrical box that the homeless are using to charge their cell phones on, and that’s on the outside of the building.((exposed electrical,NOT GOOD,major risk of getting electrocuted..))-It’s kinda useless to have trash barrels locked up during the day because when they’re full, you got someone like me who will empty them, so Maybe during the day, keep them unlocked while you have staff on site and bring them in during the night..-this is a very clean facility as in terms of ,paint,floors,walls..& yes I know it’s a new 😃 place.-your staff is very nice & professional.-the use of the complementary push carts is absolutely GREAT..-your prices are the best around.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍..unbeatable..***hopefully this corporation doesn’t pull any major bait & switch tactics with the rent**

Amazing place to store your belongings. Ed was a great help in providing information on the size and prices. It was clean and very comfortable to be there. Ed thank you for making our family feel safe that our personal belongings were in good hand.

Ed was such a great help. He was informative and was helpful. He gave such a great experience that I am going to tell everyone. The storage was perfect size for our belongings that we needed to be stored.

everything is great besides the floor my unit is on stinks like cat piss, its disgusting.
