Great customer serviceEasy access. Loved that I can open the gate with my phone instead of pressing my code into the Dallas at the gate c also loved the easy phone access to get into the building my storage was.

i like the climate control. the amenity i like the best is the roll up metal doors on the units. Staff is nice. the only issue is the doors going into the units tend to have issues

Oly, the employee who helped me was excellent !This location is clean and well run. The location for me was perfect. The location offers actual a/c.Excellent security.

zero issues ever

The property is great and my items were completely safe and clean, but the price when tip to a point that it wasn’t worth me staying. I would think to be a bit more lenient to the loyal long timers!

The two gentlemen that work there were always sooo helpful. Both are kind and respectful.

Only had the storage for a few months. I just closed it out yesterday not because of service or expense. Simply, I did not use it as as much as as I thought I would I probably will be coming back again in the future maybe get a small smaller unit. Customer service was always superb.

Cube Smart was pretty good for short term. They have big wide aisles, good unit access, and easy to sign up. However as the rental lasted longer, the rates continue to increase. And, as the rental lasted longer, exposure to a couple water leaks.
