Facility was clean and mostly secure. The staff was curteous and helpful. The only problem we had, on occasion, was a broken front door or gate. Seems folks would knock the glass door off the tracks and then the door wouldn't work.

For the 2 years I had this unit the main door was almost always broken. To get to my unit I had to park very far by the only working door and haul my things across a huge wharehouse. Exhausting and not what I signed up for, and certainly not for the price they kept raising repeatedly.

Clean location

It’s a very clean and well kept facility. Safe, secure and well lit. I really appreciate the phone app that functioned as a remote to access the front gate and the warehouse doors.

The times i went to the unit there was no employees in the office. I would go in to pay my bill and the office was closed at different times of the day.The price would be increased without a previous warning about price increase.

Carts seldom available. Does not feel safe.Entrance doors frequently broken. Bldg is not secure. very inconvenient to have to use other entrance a long distance from my unit(s) while carrying things because of broken doors and no carts. Restrooms locked and inaccessible almost every time i was thereNo response or repair of my report of hole in ceiling above my unit that allowed dirty insulation to float down on my furniture. Most recently there was water in my unit after heavy rain. The rent keeps increasing. It has been a extremely negative experience

The facility was always clean & the cell phone app made accessing easy.My only complaint with this facility was that there was never a moving cart available. For a facility this large, where the walk from a door to your unit can be a long way, there needs to be a lot more carts available.

Corporate pricing policy is not friendly to long time existing customers. The annual increases are high and can't be justified. Not prorating the final month is just stealing money.

Nice and friendly service

Called office multiple times and left a voicemail to request an upgrade or larger storage unit, never received a call back. Only two access points and for the entirety on the time, only the furthest access door was the functioning door.
