The facility parking spaces for rent were unclean and cracked, beyond that my passcode was deactivated multiple times while my bill was current. Not to mention the $40 dollar rent increase with no improvement to the lot space whatsoever. The assistance I received from most employees was subpar until I canceled my rental. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Brandon the manager who helped us is very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process so “user-friendly”!

Clean easy access

Good location and convenient, nice and clean facility.

Clean storage facility. Convenience from my home

Facility was clean and mostly secure. The staff was curteous and helpful. The only problem we had, on occasion, was a broken front door or gate. Seems folks would knock the glass door off the tracks and then the door wouldn't work.

For the 2 years I had this unit the main door was almost always broken. To get to my unit I had to park very far by the only working door and haul my things across a huge wharehouse. Exhausting and not what I signed up for, and certainly not for the price they kept raising repeatedly.

Clean location

It’s a very clean and well kept facility. Safe, secure and well lit. I really appreciate the phone app that functioned as a remote to access the front gate and the warehouse doors.

The times i went to the unit there was no employees in the office. I would go in to pay my bill and the office was closed at different times of the day.The price would be increased without a previous warning about price increase.
