Good clean storage...need more carts and the price increases are annoying.

Doors broke soon after I moved in and weren’t fixed until the the day I moved out over a month of non working, Bathroom was not available the day I moved in and your bathroom policy sucks you have to get a key every time and it’s not available after manager leaves at 5. I’m guessing you can afford more than two carts. Pavement ouside of entry doors needs to be. Smoothed over. Also, long term parking on side of building is not good.

Every time I went in to the office to ask for help there would be no one to help. The office was always empty. I could never find any carts to load. I never has such a hard time at a storage place before will never come back.

Customer service has been excellent. Brandon is a faithful and earnest employee and deserve recognition. His charismatic approach to customer concerns has been invaluable. He will be missed thank you CubeSmart for giving me the exceptional experience. I will continue to advocate for CubeSmart to all my family, friends and military colleagues who may need safe and secured storage services. Promote, retain and recognize Mr. Brandon in a very competetive environment where there are many choices in a competetive environment.

Jacked the rental fee up 20% after a few months

I was very unhappy with price increases. I was given an introductory offer and 3 months later I received notice my rates were increasing. And not by just a little bit! I fought and fought to have them extend it to six months before the increase would take effect. I found a storage facility where I am moving to that guarantees my rate for 12 months. Also, at the facility I was at we could never find carts. I'm older and the facility was huge and I would find myself walking for what seemed like miles to find a cart. At the first CubeSmart facility I was at there were carts all over the place. As huge as this one is they should have more carts available at the various entrances at all times.

No one is ever in office. Bathrooms at facility always locked. No one ever returns calls. Main door has been broken.
