I have rented storage from CubeSmart like5 times. I have only have good experiences with them. I love the easy of renting online, paying on line and the access to the units at any time.

Competent courteous staff

The facility itself and the employees are awesome, but three rent increases in two years (totalling 62% in my case) was too much. I highly doubt the property lease increased by that much, which makes the rent increases just look like a series of money grabs. I can afford it, but I moved out on principle.

Price was fair and facility was good

Within 12 months, my rate increased over 50%. The units are old, roll up doors are tight and stick, and it is poorly lit
