When I got my lease I was under the impression the pad lock was included which it was but my unit had (2) doors unknown to me. My storage space required another lock I needed to purchase separately in order to secure my storage space. I wish I had known this prior to completing my lease (transparency). Also, apparently their is a surcharge every 2-3 months where the rental lease cost is increased which I was not aware when I reserved my storage space.

Dec. 2025 our rental price went up over $60.00 a year to nearly $500.00 a month. We signed an agreement when we first moved in but were never notified about any new agreements. We were always able to start up our generator, move our slides in and out and work on it periodically if it needed repairs. We documented others in the area who had work done on their RVs too. The end of Nov. our slide would not come in. We called mobile repair service because you cannot drive with an extended slide. While the repair service was working on it the general manager rode up and told us we couldn't work on the RV at all or turn on generator. She was rude and I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE speaking to her. We never signed anything that prevented us from doing repairs if needed. We moved the following week. I will never rent from a CubeSmart again if she represents the policies of your company. Not only that but the lot was always dirty and in disrepair.
