Convenient access, reasonable prices, cleanliness

Location, unit size, new front desk lady was exceptional.

Very disorganized operation

Easy place to get in and out of but lots of spiders and mice.

It was fine when we first started and not sure if it was just for the Temecula Parkway location, but the customer service turned horrible. The office seemed to be often closed and the staff were rude at times. And when the prices increased, we found a self storage place that is 10 times cleaner, great customer service, and cheaper.

My last time in store was not a very pleasant experience there seem to be an attitude problem with the store manager of course, my daughter did not help the issue because she got an attitude when the attitude was in her face . She walked out and things got a little calmer. Also new storage unit that I set up was dirty. I had to sweep it. I had to bag the junk and I had to take it home to my own trashcan because you have no trash receptacle for your customers. I happen to like CubeSmart that’s why I use it. But I can honestly say this past experience a couple of days ago was not what I expected. I don’t post my opinions publicly because it is damaging to the company reputation and I do want you to succeed.
