I started using it in October and everything was pretty smooth the enire time almost a yer of payment on time and using it wen I moved out and to close the account I had mattress boxes to trow away a storage should have a dumpster for their paying clients and I tough it won’t be a problem it’s only fair after being a client for almost a yer to be able to trow away what I couldn’t take and need anymore but I got an email that I am not allowed to trow garbage there and to go pick them up or they won’t close the account and scare me 200 and put me in collections if I don’t pay I wasn’t able to go back to that location but are you kidding me is that normal to anyone? The service is smooth and no problem but customer service garbage they just care about how to squeeze more money specially if you leave it’s not fair or right so if u think u got any garbage to trow away at the end think twice becose is nobody on the property never and if you can’t wait to drive around with the extra stuff u will pay for it never going back to this company

Excellent customer service very easy process smooth operationI had a hard time checking in online so I called back and the young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. She explained everything very carefully the entire process so my son’s moving would be painless.Being away from him and unable to help I was not worried, and he managed well.He said the space is very clean and well organized.We are very happy that he didn’t have to bring things home from college, the storage fee is almost the same as paying for his checked bags.

I get surprise charges. The staff doesn’t communicate properly when moving out etc

The site manager (Fanci) was always a pleasure to work with, great communicator and knowledgeable! Storage unit served our needs, was easy to access and clean.

The Staff was always pleasant , courteous, and helpful

My unit wasn’t fully sealed to dust, it was continuously dusty and very dirty; it also got infested with mice though it didn’t contain any food or liquids.
