Overall, we were satisfied with the facility and the staff have been very nice. The reason I won't give a "10" is the pricing. Our monthly price quadrupled during the 10 years we rented the very same unit. I see units still advertised at your facilities for the price we originally paid. This seems predatory.

You raised your prices way too many times and by way to much. We were being 3 times our original amount!

Clean storage space, reasonable price, and great service. Orlander is amazing and was a great help in the process.

Everything I did was seem less. GREAT!!!My only tip would be to let the people know what door they’re gonna be access. For example, I had 2122 and I tried every single door before I found that it was door #7. But I didn’t really mind, just think this could be helpful
