The annual price increases. We had been customers for 6+ years and start paying around 140 and it skyrocketed to 300+ dollars with no reason as to why.Also the only fix was to switch to another unit and they reduced the price.Why couldn't the price of the unit we were in just reduced?

The staff are wonderful professional. Orlander has always been there when I need help with my unit,his is very professional I will definitely come back and refer friend and my customers. Thank you bob

Lander could teach his boss a few things about excellent customer service. He should have his job. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service at a storage facility ever. I was renting at the ASU location for nearly 14 years and because of the district manager? I forgot his name,.. was adamant that it’s not cubesmart problem if a woman has an aggressive person on the property. To keep the peace even though I had only been in that unit for a month I moved again and was supposed to get some relief for at lest being the person to agree to move. But the manager , landers boss, said twice very angrily that if he had been there he would have kicked us both out.. then preceded to continue to go back to what was really bothering him.. my review. He said these reviews are for things like dirty bathrooms not if the place is safe or not! I’m glad I gave him saying that on recording.

First I want to say thanks to the property manager Lander. He’s a phenomenal person who understands excellent customer service . His boss could learn a lot from him about how to treat your customers so that they stay rather than leave like I did after nearly 14 years. Lander should have that guys job?He’s far better at people skills and knows it doesn’t take much to make the customer happy.His boss, I can’t remember his name, was so angry that how dare I leave a review on here that isn’t about if the bathrooms are clean. How dare I leave a honest review about how I felt threatened by another teen at there and barked at me on the phone saying twice he would have kicked us both out. Wow, and that was after I had to move instead of the instigator.All all landers boss cared about was this review. He kept going back to it rather than deal with my issue which was I needed a few more days to make the transfer which I agreed to in order to avoid conflict. It was a horrible experience. I also was charged 25,09 for forgetting to pick up an empty shoe box off the ground. If you’re going to rent at this ASU located storage facility hope that you have Lander looking out for you. No one else will.He should have the job that

The continued price increase was extremely unreasonable!!!!!!!!¡760.00 a month is ridiculous!!!!!!!!No I would never recommend this storage facility.

Easy access from the freeway and located where we wanted to store things. Tracey was very helpful, informative and took all the time needed for me to get complete answers for everything I was asking.
