Doug and Jazmin where great to work with. I had my belonging stored at this store for over a year. From my first meeting when walking in to check out the place, Doug was friendly, showed me around the facility, and explained the pricing. There was no "surprise" in the pricing later - he was honest and easy to work with. The facility is clean and very secure. I felt safe going in and out of there alone. Jazmin was eager to help answer questions. My checkout was painless, and I had paid ahead and got the refund the next day. Great experience. I definitely recommend them!
