We had several occasions where our access code was denied. Steve and Jesse worked really hard with us to get it fixed. But it was very frustrating after the fourth or fifth time.

I have left the storage parking area twice six weeks apart and received flat tires. Yes one of the tires had 3,000 miles and another time has 20 miles on it yes both are very new tires. The bookwork has lost around $250 when I called to talk to the bookkeeper I was told the district manager would return my call and they have not as of yet. I will be looking into the better business bureau to file a complaint. Due to all this I feel the 1 was very gracious on my behalf.

Hidden Fees are not included when reserving. I reserved a unit at $27/mo with the first month free. I went with this facility BECAUSE I could if afford it at $27/mo. When I got there, I declined the additional $40 key (that is not mentioned online) but they also failed to mention that there's a non negotiable, mandatory monthly insurance fee of an additional $16/mo, bringing my monthly ($27/mo) fee up to a whopping $43/mo, which is not what was advertised to me or within my budget. I had to go with it anyway because I'm in a hurry, but I'm not happy about this decision. Also, there appears to be an admin fee of I believe $29 if I recall. The first month would have been free, but I still had to pay the $29 admin fee + insurance fee on day 1. It's very shady and dishonest not including that in the prices advertised. The individual at the front desk is lovely though. Very polite, professional, and extra helpful; even thinking ahead to try to help me in my process. I hope he is paid well.
