First of all every time I go into your storage facility in the last few months I get a flat tire. You need a magnetic truck to drive around and pick up your sharp debris that gets in tires. You won’t buy a decent golf cart so they can do it on site. You have no choice but to continue to lose clients. The next reason is, I’ve changed from one garage to another garage and you guys have lost about $250. That should’ve been transferred and you do not get back to the on-site manager to tell them how to fix it. I will probably have to move my on-site storage spot also for fear of more flat tires and you people doing nothing about it. Is there anything else you’d like to share?

On March 2 my truck got broken into. The thieves hit the box trailer next to me and my locked camper shell truck bed. They stole 3 of my 4 bikes out of the back of my truck. I get it that you can’t control people who break in. My frustration is that after the break in, nothing was done to improve security or discourage a further burglary.A week later (March 7 or so) the broke back into the same storage lot and stole the 4th bike out of my truck. A thief shouldn’t feel comfortable coming back to the scene of a crime for a replica repeat offense.What is really frustrating is that this is all under one insurance claim which has a max limit of $5,000. My stolen bikes were worth around $5,000 but the bike shoes, bike clothes, pump, tools and all that were hundreds of dollars more that I won’t have covered through the cube smart insurance.Why isn’t there a security camera mobile tower thing? Why isn’t a security guard on duty after hours?When I finally got back to the storage lot a month after all my stuff got stolen, I start the truck and realize someone cut my exhaust trying to steal my catalytic converter! Now I gotta spend hours getting my exhaust fixed and buying replacement bikes and because it’s all being “one claim” I gotta pay out of pocket for the exhaust repair (now I’m well above the $5,000 insurance claim limit).The manger on duty who was supposed to be back at the location at 1345 local time according to the “will be back at ____”Sign in the window never showed up when we were dealing with the exhaust being cut. We waited 30 minutes past the “will be back time” before finally giving up and leaving to get our exhaust fixed.Staff the office at the location. Beef up security. Especially beef up security after a break in. I will never use cube smart again.This has been way more hassle than it’s worth.

Had issues with scheduling both check in and check out. My gate code would not work and I didn’t hear back from management for 24 hours and was just told, “sorry, our system has had some issues”. Had 2 friends with items stolen and the insurance policy will not reimburse after over a month. More than 10 vehicles being stored had their catalytic converters stolen. Very unsecured facility.

Along with some friends we parked our RVs with you for several months this past winter in Phx. The lot was not secure. In several separate incidents my friends bikes were stolen out of his locked truck. My catalytic converter was cut off my vehicle. My friends was cut but not removed. When I checked out I told the staff about the theft and he simply shook his head and handed me an insurance pamphlet. Thieves seem to operate here with impunity and nothing is being don’t to slow them down, much less stop them. I may have had better luck parking on a random street in Phoenix.
