Easy online process. No human contact needed. Left contract and lock in unit. I actually appreciate not having to call or deal directly with employees. Not to say that CubeSmart is a victim of current society, but in general customer service everywhere has significantly decreased and being able to avoid employees and the possibility of them changing my overall view about the business is a huge plus for me as a consumer. The app was a little funky for me but that could be because I'm almost 50 and impatient so I didn't take any points away for that! LOL If I ever have to rent again I would definitely recommend for the price, numerous locations and ease!

The space was fine, but in the two years I was there, the price almost doubled.

My safe was stolen out of the unit and the lock was replaced!!!

The customer service was amazing, we loved Maria. It’s the price, if it was cheaper we’d stay longer.
