I had a unit for more than 10 years and never had an issue and the staff was always so helpful. That was with Storage West and Cubesmart.

I have been trying to access my unit for the last 4 days and cannot seem to get anybody to assist me to do so

I have been with the storage company on Baseline for over 8 years. I was in storage #979 for many years. My rate went from 40.00 plus per month to 100.00 per month for the same storage space. After Cube Smart purchased the building I switched to #978. My cost was about 60.00 per month. A new increase. Came out for another amount scheduled for December 2025. My cost would have been around 78.00 to 80.00 per month. That’s when I started looking for something I could afford. I told the ladies that I hope I don’t have to return but if I do will they rent to me again, they told me if I have to return that they would be happy to rent to me. The above are the reasons I left Cube Smart.

The two ladies that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful every time I went to the office. They were very good to work with.

Maria at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Delightful personality. Onboarding was easy and the facilities are clean and quiet.
