CUBE SMART would be a 10 ALL DAY but I accidently was behind the gate that lets you come in and out of the facility after 10 pm and when I say after 10 pm I mean exactly 10 pm and it took 3 plus hours to get myself and my uber driver to freedom. Crazy that in 2025 a storage facility would hold a client hostage for 3 hours inside a drab gray prison like facility. Not only was I held hostage for 3 hours I felt responsible when my uber driver started missing fairs/rides, so I chipped off a hundo for his time. I'd like to say it was an enjoyable time sitting there but the individual that made the 3 hours possible was as rude as they come, how he has a job is even stranger than the situation itself... The facility is a 10 and the onsite staff is also a 10 ....

Prices just kept going up. I could rent a new for way less.

Everything was as promised...only reason I couldn't give you a 10 was the challenges we experienced with our initial meeting to sign an agreement when the manager was tied up at one of the other nearby CubeSmart locations despite scheduling a time to meet me.

we are very happy with this location. We have used it for the past two summers and all of our things from my son’s dorm. Room are perfect. It is a truly climate controlled environment. There is no humidity to cool your things, like some places.. We will definitely return to store next summer. Highly rlrecommended.

The rental process was easy. Accessing my unit when I needed to was easy especially with the app to access entrance gates and doors. The unit was clean and the move out process was smooth.
