I gave a 9, that is a good score. Because the girl was very helpful and nice. And the price is awesome! The place is clean and well lit. I didn't give a 10 only because my Dad always said, "There is always room for improvement".

Good customer service

Fanci and Mikayla were awesome! She knew I was a long tenured client and looking to expand and kept me in the know. The transition couldn’t have been smoother.

Some employees at office were rude, especially Hispanic guy. And I had to wait for an employee come to my unit when I needed them, it took forever.

I reserved a storage space online but when I got there, it turned out way too small for what I needed. It was also rusted and gross and it was difficult to get my truck close enough to the door unload.Talked to the lady at reception and she was very accommodating, found me a better spot and she honored the online price. She was pretty awesome. It's the only way I give 10 and willing to recommend.

The process from start to finish has been simple. Booked online. Self check in was a breeze and move out was just as easy
