I was thrilled to find that I could book within a contactless process until I arrived at the Temple Hills location. I booked a large storage unit on the 2nd floor to only see that both elevators are broken and will not be repaired for another 2 months. After calling customer service multiple times and explaining the issue, the first two agents gave my misinformation and had me waiting for over an hour with no resolve. I cancelled my reservation and moved to another location, Camp Springs, where upon my arrival there was supposed to be a combination lock so that I could access the unit. It had a key lock in which I had to call into customer service again to fix the error. I was told they could transfer my reservation to another unit and honor the price to only receive a contract later with a higher price. If it not for the immediate need, I would not rent from Cubesmart again as the entire process has been a horribly experience.

I have had way too many issues to recommend cube smart to ANYONE. From the lack of customer service, lack of urgency to resolve issues, to the nonchalant way of handling me as a customer No thank you. Major adjustments, staff coaching, and professionalism needed. It has literally been such an exhausting experience. No one wants to have these issues, and constantly feeling as if, you have to escalate concerns all the time that in itself is awful.

The management at Temple Hill location were always very professional, respectful and helpful by offering advice, or suggestions. The facility was clean inside and out. We had our unit for an extended period of time. Had it not met our expectation I would have certainly moved to a different storage facility.
