The Manager Jackie has outstanding customer service and extreme knowledge of the company. She will resolve any issues that and is very supportive of the renters. Her knowledge and support helped me through a difficult period in having to rent a storage unit.stora

I have had way too many issues to recommend cube smart to ANYONE. From the lack of customer service, lack of urgency to resolve issues, to the nonchalant way of handling me as a customer No thank you. Major adjustments, staff coaching, and professionalism needed. It has literally been such an exhausting experience. No one wants to have these issues, and constantly feeling as if, you have to escalate concerns all the time that in itself is awful.

Rodent droppings everywhere, staff apathetic, hours of operation, doors always broken, prices are horrendous as compared to other storage facilities

The management at Temple Hill location were always very professional, respectful and helpful by offering advice, or suggestions. The facility was clean inside and out. We had our unit for an extended period of time. Had it not met our expectation I would have certainly moved to a different storage facility.
