Too expensive high rates

Kelley was very professional and courtious. She displayed a very positive attidtude when dealing with costomers. I would recommend Kelly to my friends and family is they were looking for a storage facility.

Check in with super and simple the facility was nice and clean, and the manager there was always friendly and helpful.

It is very nice having a drive through storage place to get out of the weather when you are loading and unloading, but the monthly rates keep increasing. The reason we chose CubeSmart in the first place was the low rates. Very disappointing.

Because I was wrong when I went to the wrong facility (next door to CubeSmart) My code wouldn’t work(because I was at the wrong facility 🤦🏽‍♀️.. Ms Kelly came out on her personal time to assist me(I felt so bad🤦🏽‍♀️ she took the time to send me visual pictures of the facility (o was so shame

From day one the store manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional every time I called or stopped by at the office. She has the right can do attitude, who loves her job and the customer.
