Abraham from the hollers Avenue store, was professional cordial and personable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed.

Every interaction with every single person at CubeSmart was particularly pleasant. I especially want to mention the people at the Hollers Ave. facility, the manager there, Abraham, couldn't be more helpful and is so friendly and accommodating and also another person there at Hollers Ave, Alexa, deserves special mention as she is indeed special in every way. My experience there was so totally excellent.I also found that same level of friendliness and accommodation with several customer service people that I spoke to on the phone. One time I called Customer Service at 11:45pm and someone actually answered the phone - amazing.Thank you to CubeSmart for having such wonderful people on your staff, clean & attractive facilities, fair rates. We can't recommend your company highly enough.

Every single interaction I've with anyone at CubeSmart has been totally friendly which is the first plus and then also incredibly helpful, courteous, pro-active. Also, I very much appreciate the availability of customer service. At one point I called for help at 11:45 and actually got a human!!!!!! Thank you all so much! My books eaten by mice, my vr box got wet, missing items.U raised my rent w in second month!!And the lights go off constantly! The sensors r around the corner so i had to walk to the end n around b4 theyd go back on!! This place blows. Only good thing was abraham good bye!! So glad im out of there

U raised my rent the first 70 days i was there cause u know u have ppl stuck! I think this company is a scam n rips ppl off who r already suffering!My family was homeless n we dont have much n this company made things harder!

I really felt safe welcome and also felt that my property was well secured and well taken care of. Facility very well kept clean and dust proof. I would rent again in the near future.

It was affordable. Since I had my unit it has undergone at least 2 different company names. Also in the recent year the price of the unit went up and each month additional fees.
