The cleanliness and security of Cube Smart was excellent, however the continuous increase in the monthly storage price was ridiculous. What I was originally paying $50-$60 for ended up increasing to $120 per month.

I dont like that accommodating new customers is more important than keeping your old customers happy… i understand some people use storage temporarily but in some cases this is extra storage space in order to not have a crowded home.

I have been a customer for quite a while with an excellent payment record with you. You increased the amount to $183 while giving others breaks? You should do that with your loyal on-time paying customers so they would stay. Thank you
