Great service. Nice helpful people. Clean. Some time the gate or elevator app would not work. In the future I plan to stay with the ground floor.

The lady in office was professional and helpful from beginning to end. The storage was clean and easily accesible while making it safe with the personalized entry code. Convenient hours and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

The rating would be a 10 but the rent is too expensive. The facility itself is nice, well maintained and friendly, helpful front staff. But my rent just keeps going up and up. I will probably need to look for another facility if the rent keeps escalating, even if that means dropping my quality standards.I originally acquired a unit to organize my home better and store seasonal items but I am now looking to move so I do have two units here.You need to stop raising the rent or I will need to relocate out of affordability. I can't save for a home if I'm paying out the wazoo for a storage unit. Something for y'all to think about.
