Difficult to get customer service as rarely is someone in the office. Secondly the site is not being maintained on the cheap gravel drives and it's amess after a rain.

Pam is very nice to work with. Rental price is fair.

Great location, only one time I had a problem with the gate, but it was in general, everyone couldn't get in, other then that, it was a good place, very secure.

In just 4 months I saw 4 price increases. soon after move in, I saw an increase in price so I moved to a space that was more convenient and was immediately met with confussion and another price increase, as well as an additional "admin fee". then saw one more actual increase. the fourth was enough for me to move my RV to a better provider for less money (currently in a fully enclosed space for under $120.00). the facitily you have is convenient, but to charge extra for 24/7 access (im a veteran by the way), and increase space rent so rapidly is a poor way to keep long term renters!

Clean, easy access. The only reason for not giving it a 10 is due to the gravel lot with potholes.

The facility is always clean with easy access and the staff is very friendly.

The facility I rented from was great. I think the lady's name in the office was Pam and she was great too. Altogether I have zero complaints. The only reason I canceled the storage unit was because I sold my RV and no longer needed it.
