No refund for lockNo refund after moving out earlyno one ever answers the phone nor is there anyone in the office. Not able to help me with opening my unit because the cutter wasn't charged.Major increases for a non-climate and not sealed unit. my items got mildew and ruined my couch and everything was covered in spiders / spider eggs
