The place is clean and secure. I rested easy knowing my stuff was safe.

The manager/front desk have a good customer service, and clean units. Always help me with my questions. The gate ahours time are great, for star early or finish late

The customer service at my location was excellent. She helped answer ever question I had, showed me available units, and explained billing procedures. She did it all with a smile on her face. When I left, I was extremely pleased I had chosen CubeSmart.

When I removed my items from storage, I discovered that there was no evidence of bugs, rodents, etc. My things were in the same condition as when I placed them there. Place is clean and neat and well cared for.

Cost was crazy high in the end. And access changed from 24/7 when I rented with Storage West to when Cubesmart took over.

The manager is great! Very helpful and onsite. I knew when she was on vacation because her fill-in was not as available as she is. Any necessary repairs are dealt with the same day they are reported. The spaces are clean and in excellent repair.

The prices raise for absolutely no reason.

I never had any issues while renting at this facility. The service when needed to upgrade unit size was great.
