Clean, safe, climate controlled facility. Friendly Staff

Very clean facility with an app that provides access to my units. The staff is helpful too.

We were happy with the facility and the level of communication from your company. We would have given a much higher score based on those metrics had the monthly price of our unit not doubled in the four years of our rental. While we understand that all prices and business costs went up significantly during this same period, this seemed excessive to us especially in light of our significantly reduced income in the post covid world we all now live in.

Easy online process. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. Easy to access the facility using the mobile app. I upgraded to a bigger unit.

The lady that helped me in the Tomball location was very helpful. I lost my keys so she cut the lock very proficiently and with a great attitude.

The process to book and rent is too easy and smooth, the building is clean, spacious and easy to access. The staff is always friendly and helpful, my last experience was with Melody, she helped me with my reservation, thank you for that!

Units are not as clean as they used to be. Office personal is never in the office. They don’t answer the phone or return messages.Price of units get raised too often.
