The local service people in the Tomball TX locations were fantastic. Having said that I had a 10x25 unit I rented for 36 months. Initial cost was $150/mo. It's criminal that by the time we left the unit (10/25) they were charging me $750/mo...again...criminal. Worst case of bait and switch service I've seen.

Units aren’t clean. Bugs are in some of the units. Looks like mice droppings. You increase the price of a customers unit every 6 months. Ridiculous. Don’t charge current customers an admin fee when they rent another unit.

I have been renting a unit from CubeSmart for several years. Don't charge a current customer another $29 fee to rent another unit. Stop raising the prices every few months. Ridiculous!! No one ever answers the phone at the Tomball location and if you leave a message they never return a call.

I was not happy with Public Storage. I visited various storage facilities in the area and was very impressed with CubeSmart. The rep onsite, Azaria was very professional and helpful. She explained the rental process in great detail.
