We were not provided sufficient information on location of our unit and how to access it. It made things very frustrating.

Because you guys raise prices like there’s no tomorrow. I moved down from a big unit to a smaller unit and I was paying when I was paying for my big unit. That’s freaking ridiculous.

It started out great until the exit door broke. It’s taking much to long to fix it. Having to turn around to drive out of the entrance door is inconvenient and also dangerous.Also, price keeps going up.The positive is the front desk clerk, Stacy. She was always kind, efficient and very helpful. She is an asset to the company.

Are you seriously rating my comment? Unit was served my purpose, this is dumb & pushing your luck. Requiring a comment is a great way to lose ratings cause you’re not worth the time it takes.

Rent nearly quadrupled in less than five years, exit door is broken, requiring a six-point turn to exit. Just too much money.

Only had unit for 6 months. Garage door to exit was broke twice. No carts ever available. And monthly price went up $40.

Lack of people in the office, if I needed something or had question would have to talk to customer service via 800 number. I have dealt with Cubesmart in Arizona it was great and fantastic here in Topeka Kansas is a joke. My storage was located outside near the corner always has trash and debris lack of property cleaning. The gate for outside was broken for several weeks then the inside unit got damaged as well. For the year I was a customer I saw two price increases to $150 a month. Overall for the price I was paying and lack of maintenance and lack of customer service in the office was the biggest reason for leaving.

Facility is nice but the garage doors were frequently broken. We ended up staying twice as long as planned. It was unfortunate we signed up with a promotional deal we thought we’d be charged the same the whole time we were there but had rent increased twice making it almost twice the price as we started.
