Price increases are excessive.

Where do I start:: having been a customer for over five years and renting up to 6 units, I find your CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS to be just words.

Great price, great communication, easy to apply for, got the unit fast & everything that I needed for it was already ready for me in my unit, didn’t even have to go in their actual b store! Convenient, fast, easy & friendly!

Staff was very accommodating and nice

Units are clean and well maintained. Flatbeds are there if you need for moving things to and from unit. Front office is super friendly and helpful. Love the fact the temp is nice to work in.. Super easy to move from one unit to a larger one.

Way too expensive, horrible customer service

Clean, climate controlled.. The the Office it super helpful and frindly.. And for having climate controlled the prices aren't bad..

I did enjoy going through you guys but then my rent went from $80 a month to $110 a month. My unit left my stuff smelling quite weird. I also had dead mice in my unit that were on belongings that I had to leave behind. One of them was a tv.
