Friendliness and service given by manager. Extreme ease of access to the unit. The only drawback was the lack of an electrical outlet in the unit.

Everything was well prepared and well organized. Chad was very helpful and friendly!

New facility. Front desk person was friendly and helpful.

It is incredibly expensive and your business practices are shady. You get people to move all of their belongings in with a deep discount and then put it up when they really don't have any choice because all of their stuff is already with you. You could do this to an insane degree and I don't want to give you that kind of control.

Good location, nice facilities and staff, easy in and out (for the most part), but the quick price changes and uncertainty in future monthly rate is a big downer.

Clean, and temperature controlled storage. Easy and safe access to your storage space. Access to Cube Smart off two roads are easy to enter from and leave. The management is very helpful and respectful.
